These Terms govern your purchase and use of the Nail Muse course, operated by Moonde Fon LLC, 501 Silverside Road, Wilmington, DE 19809, United States. By buying a plan you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Nail Muse is a brand of Moonde Fon LLC, a limited liability company organized in the United States. We publish digital nail design education — pre-recorded video lessons and downloadable reference material. Our registered business address and our customer service address are both 501 Silverside Road, Wilmington, DE 19809, United States, and you can reach customer service at hello@moonfon.com. We sell worldwide, with no geographic restriction.

2. What you are buying

A digital educational product: the complete 12-module Nail Muse video course, plus the reference material included in the plan you choose. Higher tiers add resources, community access, photo feedback on your work, or one-to-one mentoring sessions, exactly as listed on the plan at checkout.

This is a one-time purchase with lifetime access. It is not a subscription, and you will not be charged again or automatically renewed.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed and charged in US dollars (USD). Every purchase is a one-time payment. We do not sell subscriptions, we do not store your card for future use, and nothing on this site renews automatically or bills you again.

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card number. On your card or bank statement the charge appears as MOONDE FON, LLC. If you see a charge you do not recognise, please check for that name before contacting your bank — and email us either way, we will identify it for you the same day.

We may change our prices or promotions at any time, but changes will not affect an order you have already completed. Where required by law, applicable sales tax or VAT is added at checkout. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own currency conversion or international transaction fee, which is outside our control.

4. Delivery

Delivery is immediate, worldwide and fully digital. Within minutes of a successful payment you receive an email containing access to the full course, hosted on Google Drive, which you can stream or download on any device, in any country. There is no waiting period, no physical shipment and no customs. Access does not expire. If it has not arrived within one hour, check your spam folder and then email us — we will resend it.

5. Refunds

Every plan is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. To request a refund, email us from the address you used at checkout and we refund to your original payment method through Stripe. Access to the course material is revoked when a refund is issued. Duplicate or accidental charges are refunded in full at any time. Our Refund Policy has the full details and forms part of these Terms. Nothing here limits any statutory right of withdrawal you may have under the consumer law of your own country.

6. Cancellation

Every purchase on this site is a single, one-time payment for a digital product delivered immediately. There is no subscription, no recurring billing and no ongoing commitment, so there is nothing to cancel and no cancellation fee — you are never billed again after the purchase you made.

If you change your mind after buying, that is handled as a refund under our Refund Policy: email us within 30 days and we refund you in full. If you are on our email list and want to stop receiving messages, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email — unsubscribing is separate from a refund and does not affect access to anything you bought.

7. Your licence, and what you may not do

Access is personal to you. You may download the material and keep it for your own use on your own devices. You may not:

8. Intellectual property

All course content — video, text, images, charts and reference material — is owned by Moonde Fon LLC and protected by copyright. Buying a plan gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it, not ownership of it.

9. Not a licence or certification

Nail Muse is educational material. It is not an accredited school, a cosmetology or nail technician licence, or a certification, and it does not satisfy any government licensing requirement. Performing nail services for payment is regulated in most places. You are responsible for checking and meeting the requirements where you live. See our Earnings Disclaimer.

10. Health & safety

Nail work involves sharp implements, electrical tools and chemical products that can cause injury, allergic reaction or infection if misused. You are responsible for sanitation, following manufacturer instructions, and complying with the health regulations that apply to you. We are not liable for injury, damage or any adverse reaction arising from how you apply what you learn.

11. Higher-tier services

Where a plan includes photo feedback, a portfolio review, live Q&A or mentoring sessions, these are delivered by email or scheduled video call within a reasonable period after you request them. Sessions not booked within 12 months of purchase expire. Feedback is professional opinion, not a guarantee of any result.

12. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The course is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moonde Fon LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or income, arising from your use of the course. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.

13. Privacy

Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Changes are not retroactive: the Terms in force when you bought govern your purchase.

15. Governing law & contact
