How to request a refund

• Your full name
• The email address used at checkout
• Your order or purchase confirmation (if available)
• A brief reason for your request (optional — it just helps us improve)

Processing time

Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
